- Advertising your property at a total cost of £150.00 to include the ESPC, on our website, our office display windows, and our ‘To Let’ boards at your property

Personally viewing the property to prospective tenants

Renting your flat and filling rental voids as quickly as possible.

Establishing a legally binding tenancy agreement

Collection of security deposit and rental payments

Preparation of inventory

Overseeing tenant check-in

Overseeing the transfer of utility services

Ongoing collection of rental payments

Preparation and settlement of monthly statements

Annual statement summarising your account

Arranging any maintenance and repairs to the property

Ensure that the property conforms to current legislation

Preparation of non residents landlord documentation

Ensure that tenants abide by the terms and conditions of the lease

Arrange Gas and Electric Safety Certificates as required
Fees

12.5% of monthly rental (negotiable depending on level of service required but with a minimum of £50.00) – Monthly Factoring Fee
